Full-Time Positions

 Business Information Systems - Programmer Analyst

Delicious soft drinks rely on exceptional software. And at Coca-Cola Enterprises, both come from fountains of fresh ideas and brilliant programming. As a key member of our Business Information Systems team, our Programmer Analyst will create high quality custom code/object components to support one of the world's most complex supply chain, distribution and sales organizations. Join us for challenges that will tap all of your talents in providing code analysis, developing and modifying new applications, creating interfaces as well as reports to capture vital metrics, plus more.

You'll not only work to support some of the world's biggest brands. Some of the technical world's biggest talents will support you in return. Work with industry colleagues pioneering new levels of achievement in the way they approach development and testing. Beyond creating appropriate documentation of the code, you'll also follow our specific Software Development Lifecycle Methodology as well as be a critical link in supporting our overall team to ensure our systems are performing at optimized levels.

Requirements also include 0-2 years' experience in creating technical specifications, application development and testing for multiple applications, languages and platforms plus producing executable code to meet specific functions. Past internships in software development, experience in performing root cause analysis and application design skills for enterprise wide systems are preferred.

 Business Leadership Associate Rotation

Creative thinkers, prepare for your greatest challenge yet with Coca-Cola Enterprises. This dynamic, two-year program invites graduates to not only explore exciting new alternatives in communications and sustainability but also prepare to become a future leader with our multi-national organization.

Imagine spearheading initiatives such as implementing new handhelds to facilitate ordering inventory. Or perhaps exploring different ways to save energy and costs. Or even helping develop greener solutions for data processing. These are just a few examples of the critical challenges our Change Management experts may have in store as part of this program.

This rotation is centered around key roles within our Business Transformation Office, Sales and Supply Chain areas. During the program, participants will work for 12 months within the BTO before advancing to six-month assignments in Sales and Supply Chain. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be eligible to apply for a management role in our Sales, Marketing or Supply Chain functions.

 HR Leadership Associate Rotation

Demand a seat at the table. Become a strategic business partner with the world's leading bottling team as well as some of today's most powerful brands with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

You'll do more than provide strategic counsel on a wide array of employee matters. You'll think in new ways as you conduct and develop proposals, capture critical performance management analytics as well as get a 360º view of what it is like to grow and achieve with a multi-national organization. At Coca-Cola Enterprises, the possibilities for advanced learning are practically endless.

This is a full-time, three-year program open to graduates and undergraduates. Selected candidates will drive HR initiatives and be responsible for deliverables, updates and final delivery to your assigned manager. HR rotations involve a variety of areas ranging from Talent Management to Employee Relations and Labor Relations. A specific breakdown of the rotation is:

Weeks 1-2: Orientation
Months 1-2: Assigned HR Project
Months 3-12: Assigned HR Role
Months 13-24: Assigned HR Role
Months 25-36: General HR Management for Field Assignment
Permanent job placement at program conclusion

 Internal Auditor

Join Coca-Cola Enterprises and help ensure complex supply chain, sales and distribution operations function as smoothly and efficiently as possible. From assessing business and financial risks to investigating technological expenditures, there are limitless opportunities to test your knowledge and talents in exciting and rewarding ways.

Have a curious mind? Driven to explore situations down to the finest detail? Then use your degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field in big, bold new ways with the world's leading bottling team. Graduate degrees are a plus.

What does it take?
Requirements include a previous internship with a public accounting firm in an auditing capacity or CPG internal audit department. Strong software skills such as MS Office Suite and ACL are a must. Travel up to 80 percent throughout North America and Europe is required. This role is demanding with periodic overtime, but determining the exact truth on any situation is a demanding process. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport are also necessary.

 IT Auditor

This is a two-year program, complete with one-on-one sales leadership training, mentoring, exposure to multiple sales functions and the magic of the manufacturing process—from creation to consumption. Ultimately, you will be well prepared to achieve success within front line sales management. Upon program completion, you will be eligible to apply for a District Sales Manager position. Program highlights include:

Summer Internship Programs

 Business Information Systems

Join Coca-Cola Enterprises through our Summer Internship Program in Business Information Systems, and be a part of a technological think tank with the industry's leading team.

Our IT internships aren't a simulation. In this 12-week program, you'll learn about innovations and new possibilities throughout every facet of our organization from development and deployment (Finance/HR, Supply Chain, Sales/Customer Service) to multi-national application support. As a member of our team, you'll be given projects that could explore infrastructure, end user services, security and compliance or beyond. And throughout your experience, you'll have unique opportunities to shadow key IT team members, absorb more knowledge than any processor could handle as well as present to Business Information Systems leadership at the conclusion of the program.

Interns will be assigned a Coaching Peer and enjoy an open-door policy with regard to any questions or situations with your manager. You'll be given a special assignment for the summer and be responsible for developing a timeline, progress updates and final delivery to your assigned manager. Projects could involve a variety of Human Resources areas ranging from Talent Management to Employee Relations and Organizational Effectiveness or other key sectors. This 10-week, full-time engagement is open to graduates and undergraduates (Juniors or above). Selected interns will be assigned a Coaching Peer and enjoy an open-door policy with regard to any questions or situations. You'll also have a very structured introduction to the world of Coca-Cola Enterprises, learning about how we work, what systems we employ and even the special way we communicate. Get immersed into one of the CPG industry's biggest success stories, and help us discover more efficient ways of achieving together.
