The division "European Supply Chain" includes not only the production and distribution, but also all central functions (logistics, engineering, procurement and quality security environment).

In this program, you'll contribute to current projects while benefiting from a clearly defined and structured career path program with specific learning and development initiatives. Everything is designed to maximize your potential and prepare you for a bright future.

Graduates will rotate throughout each business area, gaining practical experience and high-level exposure in manufacturing/operations, logistics/distribution and commercial field sales, as well as central functions of engineering, quality, health and safety.

Manufacturing/Operations: As a new member of management, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a team leader within a production site. Can you meet the challenging demands of planning and ensuring the quality of our products? We'll be looking for you to handle technical problems and enforce safety guidelines while managing a team of people within your site. This is a great opportunity to learn about our complex production process.

Logistics Planning: Demonstrate your understanding of the organization and your responsiveness by participating in the production of our industrial sites; or by organizing the transportation and deployment of our products for our customers. In this role, you will discover the methods and tools that contribute to making our company a preferred supplier.

Sales: During this phase of the program, you'll develop your skills by integrating with the sales team.

Central Functions: This is an opportunity to demonstrate your project management skills by coordinating teams in engineering, quality and safety. You'll participate in projects that will help improve the environmental impact of our products and the performance ability of our production lines.

What does it take?

• Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree or a 2.1 BA in Manufacturing or Engineering with a strong knowledge in electromechanical, electricity or automation
• A valid driver's license, as you'll be working across different sites

This is a three-year program that will help you gain essential experience and knowledge for developing a well-rounded career within Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Commercial Field Sales: Put your negotiation skills to use during the first year of this dynamic program. You will develop your talent by working in the field sales environment, integrating with the sales team and contributing to the success of both large- and medium-sized stores.

Product Marketing & Strategic Partnerships-Alliances: There's no better opportunity than contributing to the management of our brands. In this phase of the program, you will have the unique advantage to participate in strategic thinking initiatives that help build alliances with our sport, music and cinema partners.

Trade Marketing: During the last year in the program, you will apply everything you have learned and contribute to our national strategy. You'll learn how to promote our entire product portfolio, integrating with marketing teams at the Company's headquarters. Your passion will be central to future design and marketing, helping develop all plans according to the clients' independent needs.
